These Terms govern the use of the sylvoriq.com website and the analytical platform provided by Sylvoriq Analytics S.A.S. By using the service you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these conditions.
1. Nature of the service
Sylvoriq is a general-purpose analytical platform. Its role is to organise and present public or structured information to make reading, comparison and analysis easier for the user. Sylvoriq does not provide professional, financial, legal, accounting or any other type of advice, nor does it operate on behalf of the user.
2. No guarantee of results
Use of the published information is the sole responsibility of the user. Sylvoriq does not promise or suggest any specific results, returns or benefits of any kind. Any decision you make based on the consulted data is your own and, where appropriate, you should complement your evaluation with the opinion of a qualified professional.
3. Registration and access
To access certain features we may request contact information. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping your credentials up to date. We may suspend access in cases of misuse, unauthorised automated activity or breach of these conditions.
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, trademarks, texts and visualisations of the site are the property of Sylvoriq or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Act No. 11,723. You may consult and share the content by citing the source; reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited without express authorisation.
5. Third-party content
Some visualisations may incorporate data from third parties. Sylvoriq makes reasonable efforts to cite and verify such sources but is not responsible for errors or omissions originating in them. If you detect an inconsistency, please write to contacto@sylvoriq.com.
6. Suspension and modifications
We may adjust features, temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or amend these Terms. We will always publish the version in force with its date. If the changes affect essential rights, we will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Sylvoriq is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or for decisions taken by the user based on the informational content published. Our liability is limited to the amount effectively paid for the service in the twelve (12) months prior to the triggering event, where applicable.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
