Privacy Policy
At Sylvoriq Analytics S.A.S. (hereinafter «Sylvoriq», «we») we handle personal data under clear and verifiable criteria. This document explains what information we collect, for what purpose and under which legal conditions, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you share when using the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) and technical data generated by your browser (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited and session duration). We do not request special categories of personal data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to answer your queries, to grant access to the platform and to improve the service in an aggregate way. The legal basis is the free and informed consent you provide when submitting the form and accepting the applicable cookie categories. We never use your information for automated profiling with significant legal effects.
4. Retention
We keep data strictly for the time necessary to handle the request and to comply with legal or accounting obligations. As a general rule, contact data is deleted twenty-four (24) months after your last interaction, unless there is a formal requirement stating otherwise.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics tools), always under contract and with the same confidentiality guarantees. Where an international transfer applies, it will be to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection or under standard contractual clauses approved by the Argentine authority.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided by Act No. 25,326 by writing to contacto@sylvoriq.com. You may also file claims with the Access to Public Information Agency (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control and periodic audits. No system is infallible: in the event of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you within the timeframes and scope required by regulation.
8. Updates
We may adjust this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the version in force with the date of its last update. If the changes are substantial, we will let you know through the channels you have registered.
